Net Send Client [0.7]

The new BETA version of Net Send is finally being released. 

New Features Include:

• Custom Username System.
• Setup.exe
• Initialization Prompt for new users

As well as a sizable number of other tweaks that can be found through the program's changelog.

System Requirements: Python 3.1
Other versions of Python will most likely not work with this Beta Release.
